To counteract bots from mass purchasing

We are implementing a transfer amount of 0.5% of the total supply PER TRANSACTION (i.e. 2 tokens per transaction). This will in turn curb price fluctuation while at the same time, prevents a high number of tokens from being purchase within a short period of time.

A maximum of 0.5% per transaction
